Let's Raise Up Some Little Saints!
Our children are like sponges, absorbing everything they see and hear, and are masters of imitation! For this reason we encourage all of our families to attend the Divine Liturgy and worship together. We do not dismiss our youth from the Divine Liturgy early to go to class, but we do expect them to be in church on time (no later than the Gospel reading) so that they can hear the Gospel and the sermon. Following the Divine Liturgy, during fellowship hour, a special table is set for our youth with snacks, coloring pages, and youth ministry volunteers ready to discuss the scripture readings of the day or whatever matters related to the church are on the minds of our youth.
Our youth are also encouraged to attend our ministry nights on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. to learn more about the Orthodox Faith.
